AlphaSweep™ operates with a local-first philosophy. The following game data is stored exclusively on your device:

• Game Progress & Saves: In-progress turn state, match cards, and table rehydration files.
• Player Profiles & Stats: Player nicknames, avatars, matches won/lost/tied, and Elo ratings.
• Local Achievements: Progress toward the 13 in-game achievement badges.
• Preferences: Audio volume, sound effects toggle, haptic vibration preferences, and game animation speed.

You can completely erase this data at any time by deleting the application or clearing the application data in your device’s system settings.

3. Diagnostics & Crash Reporting

To guarantee stability and resolve software crashes across varied hardware and OS versions, our applications may utilize anonymized telemetry tools (such as Sentry).

These diagnostics capture only technical diagnostic data, including:

• Device model and operating system version (e.g., iOS 18.1 or Android 15).
• Stack trace error logs describing where an unexpected software crash occurred.
• Total memory usage at the time of the event.

This information is used strictly for debugging and stabilizing game performance. It cannot be used to identify you personally and is never sold or shared with advertisers.

4. Children’s Privacy (COPPA & GDPR-K)

Our games are crafted for a general audience of strategy and card game enthusiasts. We do not knowingly collect, solicit, or maintain personal information from children under the age of 13 (or under the applicable age threshold in your jurisdiction).
